    蚝汁葱爆鱼段

     
    这款蚝汁葱爆鱼段是我最得意的原创之一,特此献上。我的做法只是一个参考,所以不详细材料的重量,调料的多少,由你自己决定,creative cooking!
    材料:鱼肉,大葱,鸡蛋,面粉,蚝油,食用油。
    做法:
    1. 什么鱼肉都行,只要你喜欢吃。(我用的是BASA,也不知道中文是啥!)鱼肉稍稍晾干,不要带太多水,然后切块,大小自己定。
    2. 在一个空碗里放入生鸡蛋(3-4个),面粉半碗,加入适量的水,目的是让其粘稠适当,搅拌均匀,糊就做好了,放一旁待用。
    3. 锅中放入食用油,要小半锅油,中火将油加热(做这道菜就是挺废油的,心疼啊!)等油变热,把鱼块放入之前做好的糊中,糊会包住鱼块,然后将鱼放入油中烹炸,直到鱼块变得金黄,就可捞出待用了。
    4. 等鱼块全部炸好捞出,油锅大火加热,放入少许油,接着放入葱段和鱼块,爆炒,放入蚝油,和少许水,再炒1分钟,出锅啰!
