    黑芝麻黃瓜炒蛋

    布里斯本这边是越来越热了,加上这几天吃了好多junk food,所以上火了,早上起来眼里好多eye-shit,舌头上好多tongue-shit! 今天来个“黑芝麻黃瓜炒蛋”,一来黄瓜清火,二来黑芝麻乌黑滋润头发。这道菜口感清爽,简单易做,大家不妨试试。

    材料:黄瓜两根,黑芝麻,鸡蛋两个,盐,生抽,蒜茸。
    做法:
    步骤1. 黄瓜切片待用,鸡蛋搅匀入锅煎熟分块捞出待用。
    步骤2. 炒锅烧热倒入少许油,放入蒜茸爆锅,等到蒜香扑鼻,马上加入黄瓜片,大火爆炒2分钟,然后加入鸡蛋,炒1分钟,最后加入黑芝麻,适量的盐和生抽,再炒1分钟,搞定!
