    蚝香豆菇,为国庆生

    首先极度热烈祝福祖国57周年国庆快乐!身在异国他乡,吾心更系祖国!特献上道菜,为国庆生!上次更新食谱已是两个月前的事了,这期间虽然发明了些新菜式,但因为懒+忙,所以也就没po上来。今天终于忍不住了,发个"蚝香豆菇"。此菜顾名思义,就是蚝油+土豆+蘑菇。
    原料:土豆,蘑菇,蚝油,大蒜,油。
    做法:
    步骤1. 锅烧热,加入五厘米深的油,大火把油烧热然后调至中火,此时放入切好的土豆块(土豆块大小按你的喜好来),炸土豆3分钟直至成金黄色,捞出备有。
    步骤2. 蘑菇切片,锅中加入少许油,大火将油烧热,放入蘑菇爆炒,直至蘑菇变软,此时放入之前炸好的土豆一起大火爆炒。
    步骤3. 紧接着放入蒜粒和适量耗油,继续爆炒1-2分钟出锅,然后就可饱餐一顿了!
